Co-Work Sri Lanka Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Co-Work Sri Lanka! We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. Before you begin utilising our co-working spaces, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions outlined below

❖ Property Damage: Users of Co-Work Sri Lanka spaces are expected to treat our property with care and respect. Any intentional or accidental damage caused to our facilities or property will result in appropriate action being taken, which may include financial liability for repair or replacement costs.

❖ Wi-Fi Usage: We provide Wi-Fi access to our members for their convenience. However, users are strictly prohibited from sharing the Wi-Fi password with non-members or using it for any illegal or unethical activities.

❖ Respectful Conduct: We strive to maintain a professional and conducive working environment for all our members. Therefore, disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to loud noises, harassment, or disturbance to others, will not be tolerated.

❖ Vehicle Parking: If you plan to bring your vehicle to our premises, please inform our staff in advance to make the necessary arrangements for parking.

❖ Food Consumption: WWhile we understand the need for nourishment during work hours, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming meals or snacks inside the workspaces to maintain cleanliness and prevent disturbances to others. Designated areas for eating are provided for your convenience.

❖ Booking Policy: Users are required to book our co-working spaces in advance through our designated booking system. Walk-in usage may be permitted based on availability, but priority will be given to pre-booked users.

❖ Liability: Co-Work Sri Lanka shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or data while using our facilities. Users are encouraged to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their possessions.

❖ Compliance with Laws: Users of Co-Work Sri Lanka spaces are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations. Any illegal or unethical activities will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.
